Shipping Information

How is shipping calculated?
​Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location.

Will everything be shipped in one box?
​We will do our best to make sure that you receive the fewest shipments possible and aim to send the order in one package. If we do need to send you more than one shipment, you will only be charged once for the total cost of the order.

Single orders with multiple items may ship separately. Charges are made when each item ships from the warehouse. Bank account and credit card authorizations may show separate charges for each shipment. If this does happen, the authorization will be removed when the last item is shipped or after a set period of time determined by your bank passes, whichever is first.

Do I need to be home to receive a package?
​​While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package.

Are shipping costs refundable?
​​Shipping costs will not be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees.
​​​​​​​​​​​

When will my order ship?
​​Orders placed prior to 1:00 PM PT with our Fastest Shipping method will be eligible to ship out the same day.
​​​​​​​​​​​

Orders ship Monday through Friday (holidays may vary). Our carriers do not typically ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

All orders have a 24 to 48-hour processing time before the shipping method is applied. Shipping fees charged when the order is placed are non-refundable if the order is returned or exchanged.

Where are UGG® warehouses located?
Our main warehouse is located in California, but we do have inventory facilities in the Midwest and East Coast to offer faster shipping time frames for those regions.

What if the shipping courier requires someone to accept the package and I’m not home?
You will receive two emails from our courier, which will allow you to change the date or time of the delivery of your package.

If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt. If you have not contacted the courier, they will attempt a second delivery the following day. If you are not available for the second delivery, it will be returned to the local depot and held there for collection. Details will be provided on the card. You can also arrange a specific delivery time from the courier by contacting the phone number provided on the card.

Military APO/FPO addresses
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, UGG.com is not responsible for possible delays, nor can we track the shipment.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do offer gift wrapping! Orders can be gift-wrapped for $10, and are delivered in an unbranded, discreet shipping box.
